Nerkonda Paarvai is a courtroom drama starring Ajith, Shraddha Srinath, Rangaraj Pandey and others. The film is a Tamil remake of Hindi blockbuster flick, Pink, which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. Saaho is a spy-thriller, directed by Sujeeth of Run Raja Run fame.

Prabhas made his film debut with the 2002 drama film Eeswar. He has won the Nandi Award for Best Actor, for his role in Mirchi. He appeared in a Bollywood item song, in Prabhudeva's 2014 film Action Jackson.

Saaho is an upcoming 2019 Indian action thriller film written and directed by Sujeeth, produced by UV Creations and T-Series. The film stars Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor, and has been shot simultaneously in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.  The film is scheduled to be theatrically released in India on 30 August 2019.
